Messages belong to a case between its participants. Open Orders, choose the case and select Messages. New messages appear through live updates when connected; older messages load as you scroll upwards. Opening the conversation marks messages as read. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. A message sent through the site can still have legal significance between the parties.

Open a case and switch to Messages.
