Find your listing in Orders and open its details or edit action. Update the editable fields, correct validation errors and save. Some decisions, such as parallel service capacity, are fixed after creation. Closing a case and deactivating an advertised listing are different actions. An archived listing may remain visible as history while contact actions are unavailable. Check the displayed status after saving.
