A title could be “Private room in a shared apartment in Gżira”. Describe the bed arrangement, bathroom access, kitchen use and household occupancy. Show the actual room and common spaces with residents’ permission. Explain practical house rules without publishing personal details or unsupported claims about occupants.
3. Explain the price and practical terms
State whether the amount is per room or per person and identify the rental period. Explain deposit, availability, proposed duration and utility arrangements. Do not imply that opening a conversation reserves the room. Agree viewings and documents privately rather than asking applicants to publish sensitive information.
4. Review and publish the listing
Choose the correct room type.
Explain occupancy and shared facilities.
State whether the price is per person or per room.
Protect current residents’ privacy.

Can I list an entire apartment as a private room?
Use the category matching the real offer. Whole apartments belong in the apartments category; rooms in shared accommodation belong here. Do not use a low room price to promote a whole home when that amount cannot rent the entire property.
