A private office, an entire floor and a desk in shared premises are different offers. A useful advert identifies the actual unit of space and how it can be accessed. That helps a prospective occupier decide whether a viewing makes sense instead of assuming every office advert offers exclusive premises.
1. Choose the category and accurate property traits
Choose Property and the commercial category, then Commercial type → Office. Select Rent or sale, Property condition and Furnishing accurately. Use Parking and Step-free access only when they describe the actual premises. Loading access, ceiling-height and storage-area fields should be completed where relevant, not copied from an unrelated property.
2. Describe the actual property and add useful photographs
A title such as “Unfurnished office suite in Birkirkara” is specific. Describe the layout, separate rooms, common facilities and exclusive or shared use. Explain hours of access, stairs, lift access, furniture and any existing network infrastructure. Distinguish possible uses from documented permissions or a professional assessment of suitability.
3. Explain the price and practical terms
Say whether the quoted amount covers the whole office, one room or a desk, and state its period if renting. Explain utilities, service charges, deposit and optional parking. For a sale, identify what the asking amount includes. Do not present gross floor area as usable workspace without clarification.
4. Review and publish the listing
Choose Commercial type → Office.
State the exact unit of space offered.
Explain shared facilities, access and furnishing.
Identify the price period and extra charges.
Sign in and open Post an ad. Add your title, description, a valid +356 contact number and a suggested location, then check its map pin. Add at least one genuine property photo and choose the main image. Complete required fields and expand Detailed information for optional traits. Choose a publication end date within your licence allowance, submit once and wait for moderation. Approval is not verification of ownership or planning status.
Can a shared desk be described as an entire office?
Make the arrangement explicit. If the offer is one desk or part of shared premises, say so in the title and description. The category alone does not turn shared workspace into an exclusive private office, and the displayed price must represent the actual offer.
See how to publish a listing, category filters and location and radius. Interested people can start a conversation; a message does not sign a lease or complete a sale. Arrange viewings, documentary checks, contracts and payments directly between the relevant parties.
