A maisonette, villa, townhouse and farmhouse can have very different layouts. The type label helps discovery, but a viewer also needs to understand entrances, stairs and which spaces are private. Explain the actual arrangement instead of relying on a broad property label.
1. Choose the category and accurate property traits
Choose Property and the houses category. House type includes House, Maisonette, Villa, Townhouse, Farmhouse, Bungalow and Terraced house. Set Rent or sale, Property condition and Furnishing accurately. Parking can distinguish a private Garage from Street parking. Complete relevant room and area fields using consistent definitions.
2. Describe the actual property and add useful photographs
For example, “Ground-floor maisonette with courtyard in Naxxar” is informative. Explain private or shared entrances, the number of levels and where bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Show current photographs of relevant spaces. Describe roof, garden or courtyard access only when it is part of the offer, and disclose shared arrangements.
3. Explain the price and practical terms
For a rental, explain the rent period, bills, deposit and available date. For a sale, distinguish the home from separately offered furniture or garages. Do not infer legal rights from the word maisonette or farmhouse: explain inclusions and leave title and planning checks to relevant documents and professionals.
4. Review and publish the listing
Choose the actual House type.
Explain entrances, stairs and levels.
Distinguish private outdoor space from common areas.
Match price, furniture and parking inclusions.
Sign in and open Post an ad. Add your title, description, a valid +356 contact number and a suggested location, then check its map pin. Add at least one genuine property photo and choose the main image. Complete required fields and expand Detailed information for optional traits. Choose a publication end date within your licence allowance, submit once and wait for moderation. Approval is not verification of ownership or planning status.
Where should a maisonette be listed?
Use House type → Maisonette in the houses category. Do not put it under apartments just to reach another audience. An accurate type and layout description help visitors use the filters to find suitable homes.
For official information about private residential lease registration, consult the Housing Authority Rent Registration service. Maltizzi does not perform that registration. Check the process applicable to your arrangement rather than assuming every type of letting has identical requirements.
See how to publish a listing, category filters and location and radius. Interested people can start a conversation; a message does not sign a lease or complete a sale. Arrange viewings, documentary checks, contracts and payments directly between the relevant parties.
