A rental advert should help someone judge whether an apartment suits their needs before requesting a viewing. A good photograph is not enough if they cannot tell what is included or what the amount covers. Describe the actual home in Malta or Gozo rather than a generic ideal apartment.
1. Choose the category and accurate property traits
Choose Property and the apartments category. Use Rent or sale for the applicable rental option and Apartment type → Apartment. Furnishing includes Furnished, Part-furnished and Unfurnished. Parking distinguishes None, Street parking, Reserved space, Garage and Carport. Complete the available bedroom, bathroom and area details. Select Lift or Air conditioning only where present. Street parking is not a reserved space.
2. Describe the actual property and add useful photographs
A title such as “Two-bedroom furnished apartment to rent in Mosta” is specific. Explain the layout, floor, access, furniture and outdoor space. Show the actual kitchen and bathrooms as well as the living room. Photograph occupied properties only with permission and avoid exposing residents, documents or personal belongings. Explain stairs even where the building has a lift.
3. Explain the price and practical terms
State the rent and its period explicitly. Property uses a total display rather than an editable pricing unit, so the amount alone does not communicate monthly rent. Explain the deposit, available date, proposed lease length and included or excluded bills. Do not describe the deposit as rent or hide additional charges in later messages.
4. Review and publish the listing
Select a rental transaction and Apartment type → Apartment.
Match furnishing and amenities to the actual property.
State the rent period, deposit and bills clearly.
Check photo permissions and the location pin.
Sign in and open Post an ad. Add your title, description, a valid +356 contact number and a suggested location, then check its map pin. Add at least one genuine property photo and choose the main image. Complete required fields and expand Detailed information for optional traits. Choose a publication end date within your licence allowance, submit once and wait for moderation. Approval is not verification of ownership or planning status.
Should I select Utilities included if only some bills are covered?
Use the available utilities trait accurately and explain the exact inclusions. If electricity, water and internet are treated differently, say which is included and how the others are handled. A specific explanation is more useful than an ambiguous “all bills” claim.
For official information about private residential lease registration, consult the Housing Authority Rent Registration service. Maltizzi does not perform that registration. Check the process applicable to your arrangement rather than assuming every type of letting has identical requirements.
See how to publish a listing, category filters and location and radius. Interested people can start a conversation; a message does not sign a lease or complete a sale. Arrange viewings, documentary checks, contracts and payments directly between the relevant parties.
